A follow-up volunteer smiles as she calls a first-time guest from her living room.
  • Owner assigned
  • Due Thursday
Covenantory Connect follow-up: first-time and returning guests, each with a next action, a due date and a named owner, two of them overdue.
See where people are waiting

Know how follow-up is going, not just that it exists.

New guests, unowned follow-ups, what's overdue and who is carrying the load.

  • Follow-ups waiting for an owner are counted, not hidden.
  • Overdue and stalled follow-ups are in plain view.
  • The load is shared across the team, not left with one person.
Connect insights for Holy Lamp Main Campus: new guests, follow-ups waiting for an owner, overdue follow-ups and the share of guests getting connected, with where follow-up stands and who on the team is carrying the load.
What changes for your team

Nothing lives in someone's head.

  • A connect leader at the church welcome area.

Starts Monday with a queue, not a memory.

  • A care team volunteer in a quiet side room.
    Care team

Holds sensitive needs on a need-to-know basis.

  • A pastor standing in the aisle of the sanctuary.

The difference

From good intentions to finished follow-up.

  1. Before: Guest cards sit in a basket until someone remembers them.

With Covenantory: Every guest lands in Monday's queue with an owner and a due date.

  2. Before: A prayer request is shared in a group text, with everyone.

With Covenantory: Care needs reach the people authorized to care, not a group text.

  3. Before: Nobody notices a family has stopped coming until months later.

With Covenantory: Reconnect reviews surface people who have drifted while there is time to reach out.

How do we make sure no one falls through the cracks?

Every need, carried to the end.

Every guest, inquiry and care need gets an owner, a due date and a history, so no one who reaches out is left waiting.

  • A follow-up with an owner

Every visit, inquiry or prayer request gets an owner and a due date.

  • Guests captured at the door

A guest card, tap card or QR code starts their record and first follow-up.

  • Website inquiries with a name on them

Visit, prayer and serving questions arrive in Connect, not a shared mailbox.

  • Journeys that keep moving

Cadences and one-tap outcomes move each guest forward.

  • Care that respects confidentiality

Sensitive care information reaches only authorized people, as their role allows.

  • Reconnect with people who drift

People who have gone quiet come forward while a call still matters.

From first visit to belonging

Where a follow-up leads.

Follow-up is not the end of the story. Each outcome moves the person forward on the same record.

  1. SundayA guest card at the door starts the record.
  2. MondayA follow-up with an owner and a due date.
  3. GroupsAn invitation to a group or a class when they are ready.
  4. LifecycleA reviewed step from guest toward membership.

Book a walkthrough
How do prayer requests stay private?
Sensitive care information is available only to authorized people, with visibility appropriate to their responsibilities. The most confidential needs stay with the people assigned to them.
What happens to an inquiry from the website?
It arrives in Connect with an owner and a due date, like any other follow-up, and the reply stays on the person's record.
Can volunteers do follow-up from their phones?
Yes. Follow-up and care queues are in the Covenantory app for staff and volunteers with the right role, with outcomes recorded in a tap.
Do members send prayer requests from the app?
Yes. A prayer request from the member app reaches the care team as a care case, with the member's record attached.
