Do we have to move everything at once?
No. You can start with people, households and giving history, run one Sunday alongside your current system, and turn on online giving, the website and the member app when you are ready.
What if our export has duplicates?
Possible matches wait for a decision in review. Nothing merges on a guess, and when you do merge, the history of both records is kept.
Who does the import?
Your team. You upload, review and approve; nothing reaches People or a giver's statement without a person's approval.
