The difference

From a website nobody updates to one that keeps pace.

  1. Before: The events page still shows last month's picnic.

With Covenantory: Published events appear on the site, and drop off when they're done.

  2. Before: Every change waits on the one volunteer who knows the website.

With Covenantory: Your staff edit pages and sections themselves, with every version kept.

  3. Before: An event is retyped into the website, the bulletin and a social post.

With Covenantory: Publish an event once; website, app, calendar and check-in read it.

Digital Presence

Your church online, from one workspace.

See the site's status, answer inquiries and prepare the next broadcast without switching tools.

  • Site readiness tells you what still needs attention before you publish.
  • Inquiries from the website arrive with an owner, not in a shared mailbox.
  • Events and sermons appear on the site the moment they are published.

Events

One event, everywhere it needs to be.

Publish once. RSVPs, reminders, check-in and attendance all read the same event.

  • Posters and flyers designed with the event.
  • A tap or scan at the door gives a guest the welcome card and the next step.
  • Attendance flows back to People and Connect.

How do we keep our website and events current?

Built for the way churches publish.

  • A website built for churches

Church templates, edited by section and published on an eligible plan.

  • Plan your visit

Service times and what to expect; questions arrive with an owner.

  • Events, published once

Publish once and the website, app and calendar all show it.

  • RSVP and check-in

RSVPs, an event QR code and check-in at the door.

  • Flyers designed with the event

Flyer Studio designs posters from the event's own details.

  • A calendar people subscribe to

A public calendar members add to their own phone.

Good questions

What churches ask about their website.

Straight answers from how Covenantory works today. Bring the rest to a walkthrough.

Book a walkthrough
Can the website use our own domain?
Yes, on plans that include website publishing. Connect a domain you already own, or have one set up for you. Domain setup and the yearly domain fee are separate from your plan.
Do we need a web designer?
No. Choose a template designed for churches and edit sections and pages yourself. Every published version is kept, so a change can be undone.
Do events have to be entered twice?
No. The website, the member app, messages and the check-in desk read the same published event, and attendance posts back to each person.
Can people add our events to their own calendar?
Yes. The public calendar has feeds members subscribe to from their phone.
